Providing strategic leadership to the Board of Trustees, ensuring effective governance, oversight, and accountability across educational, safeguarding, and financial areas.
Leading the School Improvement Sub-Committee, driving forward high standards, continuous improvement, and alignment with the academy’s mission to transform life chances.
Working in partnership with the Executive Principal and Senior Leaders to shape vision, strategy, and policy, balancing challenge with support.
Championing inclusion, wellbeing, and positive outcomes for vulnerable learners through evidence-based decision making and community engagement.
